Deep Tech Branding & Web Services

We hold both ends of the problem: the engineering and the design.

Most studios serve deep tech from the outside: they make the science look good and quietly misdescribe the product. A specialist can tell in eight seconds. We start from the domain: state-of-health curves, directional jammers, digital twins, edge AI, MRV. Then build the brand, the story, the 3D and the site around what’s actually true.

01 · The stack

Seven disciplines that normally sit in seven different invoices.

Take one, take all seven. Nothing here is a bolt-on · the thinking stays whole from category definition to launch QA.

01

Brand strategy & positioning

Name the category, make the moat visible, and build a proof hierarchy that survives a technical diligence call. Where the category has no analyst box, the first deliverable is often the box itself, plus an analyst-ready one-pager before anyone designs a homepage.

  • Positioning and moat articulation

02

Narrative, copy & verbal identity

Spec sheets turned into buyer journeys. One coherent story across deck, site and booth, with regulated and defence claims kept defensible. We already speak state-of-health, digital twin and directional jamming, so there is no glossary call on day one.

  • Homepage and site copy
  • Founder voice and manifesto
  • Product and capability pages

03

Brand identity & naming

Marks, type systems, colour and brand books that hold up in a tender document and a Series B data room alike. Product and platform naming included, with trademark-shaped sanity checks before anyone falls in love with a word.

04

Custom 3D & motion

High-fidelity renders and scroll-driven sequences that make invisible mechanisms legible: counter-drone systems, engine assemblies, GaN charger internals, reactor twins. Produced by a mechanical engineer who knows what the object is supposed to do.

  • Product renders and exploded views
  • Scroll-driven hero sequences
  • Explainer, stop-motion and clay film
  • Illustration and concept work

Web design & development

Premium-Partner Webflow builds with GSAP, Three.js and custom code where Webflow cannot go: hardware configurators, ROI calculators, gated investor decks, on a CMS a lean team can actually run. Delivered through our sister studio, Everything Flow(opens in a new tab).

06

Collateral & launch

Investor decks, tender brochures, launch films and full booth experiences: the surfaces the website hands off to, sequenced against your PR, tender or funding calendar. Film is produced in house, from 3D and 2D through stop motion, clay and live action.

  • Investor and sales decks
  • Tender and capability brochures
  • Brand film and launch teasers
  • Event, booth and signage systems

07

Explainer film & video

Films that explain a mechanism a camera cannot show: 3D, 2D, stop motion and live action, with the technique chosen after the script rather than before it. Your engineers review the facts before anything is rendered, because a correction after animation is expensive and after a shoot can be impossible.

  • Product, platform and launch films
  • Investor and fundraising films
  • Technical review before anything renders
  • Cutdowns, subtitles and social edits

02 · Why engineers

Ten engineers across strategy, 3D, delivery and the build. That is not common in a design studio.

This isn’t a tagline · it’s the composition of the room. Engineers building for engineers, paired with strategists and designers who’ve spent years sitting next to them.

Founder & strategist
Mechanical engineer

Reads your spec sheet and knows what it cost to ship the variant table, and which roadmap phase investors will actually underwrite.

3D lead
Mechanical engineer

Renders a counter-drone OS, a battery pack or a reactor twin knowing what the object is meant to do, not just how it looks.

Project management
Mechanical engineer

Runs ops with a fabrication tolerance for precision. Constraints, dependencies, sequence. Handled like a build, not a deck.

Head of web
Aerospace engineer

Leads the Webflow team on scroll-driven, custom-code-heavy builds. Discipline around constraints; respect for what the build must survive.

03 · What changes

When the translation is right, three things move.

Fundraising gets faster

The associate finishes the skim with your category in their head, in your language. The partner meeting starts six minutes ahead of where it would.

Sales gets shorter

The procurement lead finishes with the moat visible and the certifications surfaced. The proof-of-concept goes to you, not the incumbent.

Talent gets sharper

The senior engineer sees a brand built with the precision your product is. They message before the recruiter does. The offer lands harder.

04 · Proof

Precision is the point, and it converts.

“If a heart rate was 120, it had to be 120, not 100. At a conference full of experts, get one detail wrong and you lose your credibility.”
Ayesha Gopal · Cloudphysician · healthcare AI
“The first time we showcased that video, we closed our first US client. It helped clients imagine what the product delivery would look like.”
Cloudphysician
“I rarely find people who understand the product and then build backwards. There’s always a hurry to build, which removes the soul of the product.”
Sachin · Cuzor · GaN hardware
“A large company sees a small company with no website and assumes you’re not ready for prime time. The site is a reassurance agent.”
Varun · NimbleEdge · edge AI
05 · Scope questions

What you can and can’t buy separately.

Can we buy just one of these?+

Yes. Strategy alone, 3D alone, or a build from your finished Figma file. The only thing we will not do is build a site on positioning we think is wrong without saying so first. Most founders start with the paid discovery and then decide how much of the stack they need.

We already have a brand. Can you just do the website?+

Often. We run a short audit of the existing identity and messaging first. If it holds up, we design and build against it. If the positioning is the actual problem, we will tell you before you spend a website budget solving a strategy problem.

Who owns the files at the end?+

You do: source files, brand kit, 3D assets and the Webflow project. No hostage retainers, no asset licensing games. We hand over a CMS a lean marketing team can run without calling us every week.

How does a 3D-heavy site perform?+

We budget performance up front: draw-call limits, compressed textures, lazy scroll sequences and fallbacks for mid-range hardware. Transitry gained 58% on PageSpeed and PolyEnergetics 38% on Lighthouse SEO through builds with custom 3D and motion.

Can you work under NDA, UPSI or tender confidentiality?+

Routinely. Armory’s website revamp launched under NDA and UPSI, sequenced with PR and armed-forces tender announcements. Defence, nuclear and pre-round work is coordinated against your disclosure calendar, not ours.
