Cloudphysician has said it closed its first US client after the first showing of the film.

“If the heart rate was 120, it had to be 120, not 100. If the ventilator setting was nine, it had to be nine. At a conference full of experts, you get one detail wrong and you lose your credibility. What I valued most was the commitment to getting it technically right: the shoot was meant to take six hours and went ten, reshooting and rewriting until it was exact.”
“Competence, professionalism, and candor is what makes this relationship tick. When you commit to something, Everything Design stands by it. You give pushback, and that open candor is the foundation of a healthy relationship.”
“Other vendors dramatised the story: a patient alone, a family photo at the bedside. That was not the point. Everything Design understood we needed something technically accurate that showed what the product actually delivers, for the audience we were really talking to.”
“On the website, they ask who it should speak to and design around that: what do you want the visitor to leave with, and what is the next action, not just what you want to say about yourself. And they push back when they think I am wrong. It never felt like a vendor relationship, it felt like a partnership.”
